Denirae Morales
Managing Director, Operations & Human Resources
Strategy-driven and process-oriented, Denirae Morales joined ITI in 2012 and now serves as our Managing Director of Operations and Human Resources. Today, the oversight of global operations and HR, as well as the direct management of operations and HR for our Australia and UK offices all fall under her purview. These wide-ranging responsibilities span organizational planning and strategy; management of our strategic immigration partnerships; and employee recruiting, on-boarding, and development. Ultimately, her work ensures our talented technical teams can be deployed to client sites anywhere around the world in a manner that’s both efficient and cost-effective.
Denirae’s impact on ITI has been tremendous. Her focus on process and workflow improvements have supported the 3x growth of our thriving business. And, as our business has grown, she has also recruited the reliable, highly capable staff necessary to support our continued growth.
Before coming on board at ITI, Denirae developed her capabilities as an accounting and project administrator for the healthcare IT company, Lifepoint Informatics. There, her role included the development of processes and workflows across accounting, human resources, and sales and marketing functions; work that has directly translated to her success here.
When not working, Denirae contributes her talents to the Junior Woman’s Club of Verona; a local service organization that works to strengthen its community through initiatives that promote health, education, conservation, and the arts, as well as address issues that impact women, children, and families.
Denirae earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Montclair State University.
“Caring is part of our company culture. Company leaders are always advocating for their teams, whether that means extra time off, health-benefit exceptions, or preventative programs. At ITI, you’re treated as a whole person, and not just a number—all while getting to work amongst the best in the field.”
