Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1-4 years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant or a related title in a corporate and/or agency environment
  • Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates, networking and social media tools for recruiting
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle end-to-end recruitment process independently
  • Excellent communication and client service management skills
  • Proficient in MIS and Excel
  • Experience working in a professional services environment is preferred
  • Experience in recruiting Ab Initio ETL candidates is preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment; source, assess, and recruit candidates for a variety of positions at all levels
  • Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and generate qualified candidates through cost-effective recruiting methods; leverage networks, source passive candidates using social media and utilize Employee Referral program
  • Conduct preliminary screening of candidates
  • Obtain feedback from the interviewers and analyse the gaps of the feedback
  • Reduce turnaround time and maintain good offer-to-joining ratio in a fast paced work environment
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the company’s applicant tracking system
  • Develop strong relationships with management in order to forecast recruitment needs
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition’s effort to redefine recruitment processes of employer branding, social media presence, revamping job descriptions, and candidate experience
